Make sure you have 45sts after row 10. If that’s right then look at the stitches you’ve already knit from row 11, the ones on the right hand needle. Are they correct? You can name the sts as you look at them, the K9, the P1, the K1, the P9 etc.
The pale blue stitch looks like the yarn over from row 10. It looks like you’ve just purled into it. That would be correct. The red stitch on the left hand needle looks like the central knit stitch from row 10. That’s the stitch you’re going to p1-yo-p1 into. The darker blue stitch (the ?- stitch) looks like a yarn over from row 10 that you will purl into. Is that right?
Great, I’m very happy you got it to work. The first couple of times through some patterns can be difficult but it does get easier.
Purling the yarn overs is pretty standard. It’ll keep the lacy look and the pattern.
We’re all ready to help anytime.
I am not sure if I did it correct when each time come to the Row 9, 10 and 11.
I tried 2 different ways on Row 10 when come to the m1,yo,k1,yo,m1 on the Row 9 (P7tog).
You can see the result from the picture.
Result A, I picked up the purl sts from the P7tog to make m1.,
Result B, I picked up the strand go through the P7tog to make m1.
I tried both, and I find the result A seem better but still look strange to me. Therefore, I am not sure if I am doing it correct or not.
Tried to look for video if there is any m1 when there is Pxtog., but not luck.
I like the A solution too. To me, it looks neater and prettier than the B (which also would work). B is likely the m1 that the pattern is asking for but I like your method better. There are other make one methods that you could use but I honestly think A solves the problem.
