I am an active volunteer with the Associated, a non profit, philanthropic agency in Baltimore, Maryland. Our organization sustains a network of nonprofit partners throughout the Baltimore area who provide assistance to those in need, as well as investing in youth and supporting the older generations.

My involvement is in providing “comfort bags” to the many residents of shelters in our community. I am part of team of knitters who handcraft 2,000 hats and 2,000 scarves all year long that are distributed on Christmas Day to the residents of the shelters in the Baltimore area. We are actively looking to your company to provide supplies to make these warm hats and scarves.
You can help us by donating yarns to make warm hats and scarves and keep our many knitters knitting! This is an on-going effort and yarn is needed all year. We are happy to knit with samples or discontinued products. Also, we can pay for shipping.
