Looking for puppy hat pattern for boys

I hate it when I do this :frowning: I was looking for a baby hat to make for a friend and found a hat, it has a puppy face embroidered on the hat, and some felt pieces to complete the face. I’m pretty sure it had ear flaps, not sure.

Now, I cant’ find it. I reorganized all my yarn and knitting bookmarks… nada.
