Looking for an old keyhole scarf pattern

Many years ago I made a keyhole scarf that was all knit. The ends were pointed. After so many rows, you slipped stitches onto a holder and knit in the stockinette stitch. Then, you knit the middle section for so many rows and then slipped stitches onto a holder and did the same as the other end. I don’t even remember the size needles I used. :roflhard: I have looked high and low in my pattern stash and cannot find it. Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about??

There’s a garter stitch keyhole scarf in the fall 2009 Knit Simple Magazine. It might still be on the shelves. I can’t find it on their website.

I think there’s bound to be one at www.knittingpatterncentral.com or at www.dailyknitter.com
Also look at www.knitlist.com, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen one there.

Thanks so much to both of you. I went on Ravelry and located one similar to what I am looking for. On there it’s called BowKnot Scarf. :woot: Not exactly like what I made, but close enough. Thanks again for your help!!!
