sadly, i don’t have a wheel to pass on…but if you don’t find one perhaps you can start with a drop spindle? … they can be very easy to make or there are alot of affordable fiber and spindle kits out there

EBay is a good source for used wheels. I bought my first wheel there. There are also spots on Ravelry for spinning equipment.
