I’ve been looking for a pattern like this on Ravelry, but I can’t seem to find one. If you know of anything similar, or have knit something like this yourself, I’d love to hear from you. Thanks in advance!
Petite Knits has a couple of tees that might work. I’ve knit the Cumulus tee and others and found the patterns well-written and straightforward to follow.
There’s also these and many more if you search including “tee.” There are some interesting variations too.

The Cumulus tee fits much the same way as in the photos. Plenty of room in the body, and a neat fit close to the shoulders and arms. It’s a very comfortable tee to wear.
