I enjoyed a long loom knitting video by Mikey where he had the loom end pegs on a stand. Was the stand just for the demonstration or are they available?
No idea; is there a link to the video? Sometimes optional accessories are available when purchasing equipment, so actually seeing his knitting loom might be helpful in figuring out whether it’s “original” or “after-market.” 
You could probably contact Mikey and ask him directly.
