Little sweet heart jumper - womans weekly

I am at present knitting the front of the pattern of little sweet heart jumper, womans weekly editon of 21st April 15 for age 3-4 years old, but am encountering a problem when I get to row 25 as the eyelet does not seem to be in line with the previous row. I wonder has anyone knitted this little jumper and maybe can advise me.

Are you making the heart design? The eyelets won’t align with the previous row but should be displaced a stitch on either side of the center eyelet.
I don’t see any errata for the pattern or any errors noted in the Ravelry projects.
