I desperately want to learn to knit two socks at the same time on circular needles, PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS???
I am so tired of knitting one sock only to start from beginning again. I heard of this knitting both at the same time, please let me in on this little secret…help me…pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee  :wall:
i don’t know how to do them on circular’s at the same time - but the way I did my last pair was to have two sets of dpn’s and knit the toe of one sock , the toe of the next, the foot of one, the foot of the other etc … this means that when the first sock is finished you only one part of the 2nd sock to do - either leg or toe depending on whether you started toe up or top down …
iI did he same thing, but instead of dpns, I used 2 long circs of the same size, one for each sock, and used the ML method. I’m sure the actual it takes is no longer than doing 1 at a time, but when you’re done, YOU’RE DONE.
Also, if you have a problem with one area, once you figure it out, you probably won’t forget before you get to the same area on sock # 2.
It’s called 2 socks on 2 circs, or Magic Loop, searching those names should get you results and try the videos here.

There is a class for just that right here.
I’ve always knit socks in tandem, even when I knit with dpns, would have a sock on each set of dpns. I’m a 2 circ socknitter now, but I don’t like to knit 2 socks on 2 circs, so I have each sock going with its own 2 circs
Just works perfectly for me
The class that I linked is very helpful, I used it when I gave knitting 2 socks on 2 circs a try, it’s very detailed…have fun!
