…not going down or disappearing or any of that, so stop panicking already.
But it is celebrating a milestone! Before the clock strikes midnight, KPC will have had ONE MILLION unique visitors since its debut Nov 1st, 2004. It’s almost two years old.
You know what that means? We have a valid excuse to eat some ice cream!!! (I don’t celebrate with cake; I celebrate with ice cream.) Go on, have some. Two big scoops. (Mine was oreo and lemon cake.) What will yours be?
All I’ve got is store-bought chocolate right now (:pout: DH makes great homemade ice cream but hasn’t made some in a while). Maybe I can dress it up with some almonds and marshmallows and chocolate sauce… or maybe I’m too lazy and will have it plain… okay, I’m lazy. I will definitely partake though. Heck, I’m obligated, aren’t I? I go there all the time.
Off to the kitchen… (skipping there, of course) :happydance:
ETA: Oh my goodness. When I first read this, I didn’t realize that you, Rachel, were the creator of KPC. (You’re too modest not to say it outright.) Thank you, thank you, thank you for that wonderful resource, and congratulations on your milestone. :balloons:
I believe it!! There are two links on KPC to my patterns, and I get oodles and oodles of traffic from them. KPC is a fantastic resource and everybody knows it!
I agree with Julie, I have a few links on KPC for my patterns and my goodness, I get lots of hits just for them…and just, WOW!!! one million unique hits…that says a lot!
It really tells us just how much you love knitters and crocheters, Rachel! Thanks so much for hosting these sites for us…YOU ARE THE BEST
