This is exactly what my pattern says can anyone decipher?
Dec 1 st at each end of 15th and 3 foll 12th rows.
The first bit means I decrease 1 stitch at each end of the row, but after that when do I decrease?

Yes, decrease 1 at the beginning of the row and 1 at the end of the row on row 15
Then do this again on rows 27, 39 and 51.
