I bought the KP Options interchangeable set last fall and
them! However, the storage bag broke last week. The zipper fell apart. I called KP today and told them what happened. I heard lots of clicking on the keyboard and the woman says, “What is your customer number?” I read her the number and a few seconds later she says, “A new bag is on the way.”
That’s it!!! I didn’t have to send the old one back or anything.
I am forever impressed by good customer service. :woot:
