Knit and twist

pattern calls for

s1 10 sts. to cn and hold to front, k 10 twist sts on cn 180 degrees to the right.

can you help with that. preferably with a video

That wants you to rotate the 10 sts on the cable needle so it puts a twist in them.

when do you rotate? while your doing the stitch, after

Sounds like a 180, though it may be all the way around, we’d need a link to the pattern or a picture to be sure. You twist the sts before you knit them - put sts on cn, knit sts off L needle, twist sts on cn and knit them.
