Hello, I am knitting the Apricity Sweater Scarf free pattern. Following a 1x1 rib stitch, is the increase row INC1, R1, INC1, P1. I am wondering is there a different way to do the simple INC1 following the rib stitch? Hope this makes sense, thank you
You could use a yarn over increase and on the next row knit into the back loop to twist the yarn over and close up the hole. An e-loop or backwards loop increase would work. The pattern recommends this last increase. (INC1, K1, INC1,P1)
