I just found the Phileme Scarf on Ravelry and would love to make it. Anyone else? Here’s a pic from that page. I thought adding beads to it would be nice, but might make too heavy. I have never knitted with beads anyway.
The pattern is on her KA blog here and it’s a French blog, but she has it in a graph, but if anyone needs translation, I can translate any part of the blog you need, just copy and paste on this thread.:
mmm that is nice. unfortunately i have no suitable stash yarn for it and no money for new yarn so will have to put it on hold. Good luck with it though
That’s a lovely scarf, and I’d like to join you but I’m backed up until Christmas, at least.
The site, however, is amazing! If all those things are made by one knitter, I’m truly bowled over. My French is next to non-existant anymore, but from what I can gather, projects flow off her needles almost daily. Beautiful things!

Im new on this forum and found your post while surfing on “phileme scarf”. I knit once this pattern and really enjoyed so i decided to knit a few for my friends. So here i am, starting my second scarf starting tonight. I would be please to do it in a KAL, has it will be my first KAL experience.

Here’s the yarn i plan to use for this KAL
Light mohair, seaspray quality, from lighthouse
85% acrylic-15% mohair
US size 6, I personnaly use 4mm needle (maybe 4.5 cant decide yet)
And the yarn ill use for other phileme scarf ill do
Same yarn, but 3 nice different color.

I hope i can post a picture of the advances I made last week-end, I already knitted 1 time the pattern, in the blue/gray mohair, with needles of 4 mm.
I’m dying to start but had a lot going on and one project (a new sock pattern from a friend which I am test knitting) which I couldn’t figure out the heel! A hat I started, etc…but it’s on the top of my queue!
I was wondering do any of you guys know where to purchase the lighthouse seaspray mohair lite yarn? please help . thank you
I looked it up on Ravelry here. It’s discontinued, but it’s in a few stashes. You could contact those people and see if anyone’s willing to part with it.
