Just Checking In

Mason, how’s the sweater going? Where are you now?

He was in North Bend, Washington on Feb 9. He posted some notes on his TWITTER page. In Oregon on the 11th.

He last logged in here at KH on the 11th also.

Don’t know where he’s at right now either.

Six days and no Mason. :??

Super! It’s nice to hear from you. :waving:

Haven’t had any time to get online lately, but still alive and kicking. Am currently in PA on my way to CT and MA.

Haven’t had much time to work on the sweater either. Still a WIP.

safe travels:waving:

Ah, PA’s my home state. :waving: Are you taking I-90, I-80, or I-76/I-70? across the state?

Anyway, take care. I imagine some snow is still lying about, at least in the northwestern region of the state.

:waving: Mason. Good to hear from you. Safe travels on your PA, CT & MA journey.

Can’t wait to see your sweater

Well there you are! :yay:

I ran across I-80 and I-84. Am spending the night in CT tonight.

Did see some snow but mostly rain and fog.

Never know where I’ll pop up next

CT! My home town! We were in the same state! Happy travels.

Susan

Well, I hate to say it, but CT is my least favorite state to drive through. CT drivers are by far the worst in the country. I can’t even count how many close calls I had in that state because the people drive like total morons and the only reason they are still alive now is because I was paying attention and doing my job.

If folks there really want to kill themselves they should take some pills or something and leave me out of it.

You should come and try some driving around here:eyes:. I can’t count the times i’ve been called a b@#$% for simply following the law

I don’t do much highway driving like you do so I don’t have much to go on. My fave is driving through Westport where (and I swear it’s true) people come to an intersection, pause, decide whether or not they want to make a turn, turn on their turn signal and then, finally, make their turn. Or sometimes not.

Really, I think there are awful drivers all over the country.

I am afraid of driving in the following states(mostly cause I’ve driven there:)
Florida: too many old people on the road
New York: whaddya, out of your mind?
New Jersey: they cross over back and forth from NY
California: I just don’t understand all the crossovers
Massachusetts: OMG – they drive so fast!

All’s I can say is you’ve never driven until you’ve driven in Manhattan! Now that is scary.
