Here you go. The tiny blue and white socks, blanket and hat are all finished now together (I posted hat and blanket earlier) The Lego socks are for my grandson for Christmas. Took me three weeks to find Lego colored yarn. God Bless a lady on Etsy who makes crayon color fingering yarn that worked perfectly. He is 7 so I sure hope he doesn’t move onto something else and refuse to wear them because they aren’t cool anymore
The LEGO socks are amazing !!! If your 7 yr old doesn’t like them my 4 and 2yr old would be more than happy to fight over who gets to wear them !! Did you follow a pattern or make that little man up yourself? I am not that talented a knitter.
I was thinking about making ski socks for my boys this winter, but mine will be nothing that fancy !! So gorgeous … I mean handsome.
I use cross-stitch patterns for duplicate stitching on knitting. I googled Lego cross-stitch and found this little guy. I don’t particularly like to do duplicate stitch so don’t do it very much, but Jackson has been enamored of all things Lego so I thought he might like these. Thanks for the lovely comments!
Awesome!
you are brilliant !! My first love is cross stitching but my hands are no longer capable of gripping a tiny needle and loom anymore. I have done duplicate stitch before and while it is not my favorite thing to do it is more likely I will do that than intarsia or other color work. thank you for sharing !!
Gorgeous gifts! The blanket, hat and socks are stunning and the Lego socks are perfect. Beautiful work all around.
Love LEGO socks, especially the little LEGO guy!
