Interweave's Harvey Kimono - Sewing inside buttons

Hi guys :slight_smile:

I just finished knitting and seaming the Harvey Kimono by Interweave Knits and need to attach buttons.
There are four buttons total, two on the outside flap and two on the inside flap. Is there a way to sew inside buttons on so that it doesn’t look obvious on the front?? I have the little lump showing on the front where i sewed the button on the inside. I don’t see that on the picture in the book!

Maybe instead of the inside buttons you can sew on of those tiny snap thingies (sorry cannot remember the name).

That’s a good idea. I wish I’d thought of it before putting in buttonholes :frowning:
