this is a little embarassing :oops: , but i’m not 100% sure about how to “read” skockinette stitch. i think one V represent 2 rows and one stitch.

One V is one stitch in one row. So for example, 5 V’s stacked on top of each other is 5 rows, and 5 v’s side by side are 5 stitches.
