He knew he made a funny. In fact, he often says, “I crack myself up sometimes.” It makes him feel so good when he makes me laugh–which he manages to do quite often. He gets most of my jokes, too. All my kids have great senses of humor, might as well pass it on to him, too.
Of course, his funniest ‘act’ is to hop around patting his own butt. He’s soooo six. :teehee:

Thanks, everybody. I’ve had so much time to knit here at non-work that it was easy to churn out a pair. I’ve started the Black Purl ones with a cable/rib pattern from another IK magazine. I love the way the yarn is looking.
I have a $100 GC from my LYS. I have a feeling I’ll be stocking up on sock yarn. It’s not stash reduction, but it’s a Christmas gift! I can’t exactly let it expire!
