Welcome to the forum!
What is the name of your pattern and designer?
If you call the Inc row (RS) row 1 then the following increases are on rows 7,13,19,25,31,37,43,49,55,61,67,73,79,85,91,97,103,109,115 and 121. All the increases will be on RS rows.

Debbie Bliss - Cable Vent Jacket. I’ve never had the decreases described like this! I have been knitting for quite a while and don’t normally encounter problems like this! Thank you.

Lovely jacket! Have fun working it.
There are errata noted for the back. They may or may not have been corrected in the pattern version that you have.

Cont in patt with 5 sts in rev St st between panels, work 7 rows.

Dec row after Shape armholes, should read: K2, k2tog, patt to last 4 sts, skpo, k2.

Hi! I have done the back! The problem is with increases in sleeves after 1st increase!

Oh good as far as the back goes. Are you ok with the sleeve increases now (see the rows in post #2)?
This is going to be a very pretty, graceful jacket.
