Increase 30 stitches at beginning of next two rows

Help!!! Arrowhead lace pattern wants me to increase 30 stitches at beginning of next two rows for a total of 60 stitch increase while maintaining continuity of pattern. Pattern is K1, YO, SSK, YO twice, K1, YO, KTOG, YO twice. I am lost. Thank you!

What pattern are you using? A name or link is helpful.
Are you sure it says to increase 30 stitches? Maybe it means you’re to cast on 30 stitches.

GG’s right, it’s always helpful to see a photo of the pattern or have a pattern link.
The stitch pattern as written takes 6 sts for the repeat. Cast on the 30sts with a knit or cable cast on. You should have enough for 5 full repeats in the 30 new sts, starting with the beginning of the repeat.
It’s still a good idea to look at the stitches that you already have in pattern and count forward on your new stitches to make sure the patterns will match up without a break.
