I'm not sure of this!

The one in brackets is it just the twisted LLI that I do 4 times please

Brackets normally indicate the whole group of stitches needs to be repeated.

(So you’d knit to one stitch before marker, twisted RLI, sm, twisted LLI, knit to one stitch before marker, twisted RLI, sm, twisted LLI, knit to one stitch before marker, twisted RLI, sm, twisted LLI, knit to one stitch before marker, twisted RLI, sm, twisted LLI)

Does that make sense for your pattern?

Hi thanks for replying. I think I get it. Does it mean all along the row ,not just all together in one area

That’s right, the instructions in brackets take you almost the whole way across the row.
It may help to look at where you have the markers placed before starting the row.
There are 3 bullet points for “row 3”, if you name each stitch (or group of stitches) as you point to them on your needle before starting, including the instruction of all 3 bullet points, you should reach the end of the row. This can be a helpful process before starting to knit a tricky row.
