Pattern says to K into right side of the stitch below the stitch you are about to knit, k1, k into left side of the stitch below the stitch you just knitted. Not sure what this means and if I am just knitting into bars to the right and left of the stitch I am to knit to create an increase of two stitches. Thank you for any help explaining.

These seam to be right and left lifted increases.
