I will be out of touch by Dec 18.

We will be leaving for Virginia on the afternoon of the 18th. We will drive over to my sister’s place and take her and my brother-in-law out to eat as their Christmas gift. Then when the meal is over, we will get on the I 95 and head to Viginia… Our daughter is going with us so she can see her son. He is stationed in Norfolk close enough that he goes to his uncle’s place on the weekends. She hasn’t seen her son in at least 2 years.

It sounds like a wonderful way to start the holidays. Enjoy the time with your family and have a safe trip, Daylily.

Have a great trip. I’m glad your daughter and son will get to see each other. There will be some really good hugging!

That sounds like a heartwarming trip! Spending time with family and giving thoughtful gifts is always special. Norfolk is a beautiful area with so much to see and do, and it’s wonderful that your daughter will get to reunite with her son after such a long time. Safe travels on your journey, and I hope you all have a fantastic time together!

Best regards,
Roxanne

It was a great time with them. Even when the oldest grandson had to work one night while we were there.
