Pattern for a wrap says BO for the shoulder portion. Then I am adding a stockingnette wrap tie to the ends. The ends say with right sides facing and larger needle pick up 25 stiches and P1 row. How do I pick up stitches? I cant believe I made it this far and am lost now. It never mentions crochet hooks, do i use those, the larger needles in the directions are circular and why I dont know?
