I want to order it too. but the only thing I am worring about is… the needle seems so short. Can you use it like a straight needle? I know in description, it says you can… but… with short needle and flexible cable, can it work well as a straight needle? …
I have never used straight needles, only circs. Just join the two needles with whatever cable you are most comfortable with and use them just like you would straights.
I think it also says you can put the purple stoppers on the end of a cable and use it like a straight needle. You would need a cable for each needle this way, but I don’t know enough about knitting to know why you want to do this over just using one circular cable. The needle tapers to a fine end so the yarn easily slips on and off from the needle to cable and cable to needle. It also eliminates, for me, the obnoxiousness when the yarn twists around the long, straight needles. I love knitting with circulars, when you put it down just slide the work off the needles and toss–nothing comes off --and I never lose the other needle cos they are attached–that and, thank goodness my head, other wise I’d lose that, too :teehee: .
:cheering: :cheering: You are going to love them!!! Interchangable sets will save you money, so more money for yarn! :cheering: :cheering:

My dh actually presented me with a new budget, and he built in “fun” money for each of us – each month!! My eye immediately went to my wee box of yarn (of course, I’m a budding stashie, so this could be a problem). I think he wants to justify the new football cards he keeps buying! :teehee:
