I finally finished my first booga bag! I swear it seemed like it took a long time to do but actually it really didnt when I think of the actual time spent. It was just spread out over a month. Yep, start to finish…exactly one month.

Its even felted, blocked and drying as I am typing this.

I’m so excited.

I wasnt sure how it would felt in my front loader, but it was easy peasy and felted with no problem in one cycle. Love that NO SPIN button!

I am proud of myself!

It’s a funny thing…I just ran across this post about your booga bag…Mine is in the washer felting right now as I type!! This is my first attempt at felting…I hope it turns out good. I’m going to try to post a pic when it is finished. Just curious…what kind of yarn did you use with your bag??

I took a before felting photo and when its dry and the handles are on I’ll take an after photo and post it.

I used Lopi yarn. Its a bulky weight so my bag is a nice size!
