Sure! the yarn is Cherry Tree Hill Sachet and Glitter Fringe. I bought them from Discontinuedbrandnameyarn.com some they re-wrapped under their own label and some is still labeled CTH. I think the sachet is officially discontinued.
But… (shhhh) they are having a SALE where all the ribbon yarn like this is only $6/hank! It used to retail for $24!!! so, if you want some, RUN! 
i like the colors too, what about knitting lengthwise? that might let the colors show better…IMHO, it looks very busy.
If she’s a colorful person, she ought to love it. 
But I know how you feel…I’ve bought yarn recently intending on projects, but I started them…and though they were too loud…The people I was doing them for…were not.
It’s full of a great combination of colors.

I love the way it turned out! The fringe is a great touch. I would absolutely wear this scarf with everything from jeans to . . . well, I don’t really wear much other than jeans, but I think it would complement just about anything! I’m sure your friend will love it.
