How too k2-b

I am new to knitting and can not figure out how to k2-b can some one explain:

K2B means knit 2 below.

You are to knit into the st two rows below the stitch on the needle. Check the abbreviations on your pattern sheet to see if they are more specific about this. Sometimes they want you to knit through the center of the st other times through the right or left leg of the stitch. If they don’t say then go through the center of the stitch.

That could also mean k 2 through the back loop. It should say in the notes on your pattern, or if you can link to the pattern we could figure out which one it is.
