How to work across sts left on a stitch holder?

Hi everyone
I am currently knitting a hoodie jacket for my toddler and i am stuck on the hoodie part! It says:

Using 4mm needles cast on 19 sts, using same needle and yarn with rs facing, work across 23 sts left on a stitch holder at back of neck as follows: -k2, (inc in next st) 18 times, k3, cast on 19 sts. 79 sts.

I am a beginner knitter and don’t have a clue what to do with that instruction. Any help will be appreciated

Thank you

You’re best bet is to slide the stitches from the stitch holder onto another needle. Slide them onto the needle with the ws facing, so that when you turn to knit the stitches, the rs will be facing as the instructions say.
