How to reverse shaping

I am confused about this part of sweater pattern. I am working on the front. I don’t understand the part with the arrows i placed on pattern below

What is the name of your pattern and which size are you making?
These easiest way to work this is to mark the neck edge. You’ll be working the same decreases as the other front, all at the neck edge on every row.
You may want to work the decreases with the opposite slant to them. On RS rows, work a k2tog (instead of skpsso) and on WS rows a p2tog (instead of p2tog tbl)
