I just finished a sweater coat that has a belt but the pattern did not have any belt loops. Hoe do I knit the belt loops. Thank you.

Attach the yarn on the inside, pull the yarn through to the RS and work a simple crochet chain. You might want to double strand it. Or you can knit I cord and sew them on.
