How to interpret this

On the “have it both ways” shawl, there is a 4 row repeat for pattern, (row 7-10). The direction I am questioning is: ending on 7th row, then start a bind of one of the colors. Am I knitting row 7 or stopping when I get to row7?

Knit the row, then bind it off. Otherwise, you’ll be binding off on the wrong side.

Ok. So row 7 is a RS row and I knit all across and then turn and bind off all of B. This is now a WS row but since every row is knitted it shouldn’t make any difference, right? Which after reading again seems to be correct. I think I was reading too much into this.

Yes, it actually does say to bind off on the wrong side. I got turned around a bit!

This might be the perfect pattern for a couple of lonely skeins I’ve got hanging around.
