How to fix mistake

I messed up! Is there any way to rearrange the stitches to fix this? I am an inexperienced knitter and somewhat self-taught, so I am unsure if there is a way to fix this by eyeballing it.

Here is a snippet of my pattern:

Row 4: k6, p2, k3, p2, k4, p2, k1, p2, k4, p2, k3, p2, k6

Row 5: k4, p2, k2, p3, 2/2 LPC, 2/2 RPC, p1, 2/2LPC, 2/2 RPC, p3, k2, p2, k4

Row 6: k6, p2, k5, p4, k5, p4, k5, p2, k6

I was on Row 5 when a made a mistake and tried to move some stitches around, which did not help. Is there any way to fix this, or do I need to backtrack?

Hello
Sorry I’m not sure which stitches you have done wrong but if it’s just a few in the middle of the row, or a cross over, you can slip stitches up to where the problem is (which you’ve done), drop the stitch or two off the needle and let them run down a row or two to the problem, then rework it up the ladder with a crochet hook.
When I ladder a stitch down I like to place a removable marker or safety pin in the stitch on the row below the problem to prevent it laddering too far, this way no matter what I mess up the stitch is caught.
If there is a cross over to fix you can place each stitch on a removable marker whilst you rearrange them then work them with the crochet hook.

Maybe this video is of use?

Hope this helps.

Sometimes the best thing to do is go back to the row where you make the mistake, especially if it involves things like cables. Here’s page with several videos on how to “tink” (un-knit) knits, purls, and even cables. Take it slowly and once you’re back to the row that’s wrong, you can proceed with confidence! https://knitwithhenni.com/2020/01/14/tink/

Another useful technique is putting in a lifeline every few rows. Here are 3 ways to do that. Note that with cables and other pattern stitches, the lifeline may somewhat distort how they look, but it’ll be fine once you can remove the lifeline. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiqYUE_aHAw&ab_channel=MarlyBird

Sorry, I should have specified. I messed up on the second 2/2 LPC. Thank you for your advice! I’ll try to learn this.
