How do you pick up and wrap?

I’m knitting some spock ears and I came to this instruction: K to first wrap, pick up wrap and knit together with the stitch it is wrapped around, wrap next stitch (there will now be two wraps around this st) and turn work.

I tried looking for a video on the site but I don’t think I searched for the right thing. Please help.
