My pattern calls for me to mark the end of each second row but I don’t know exactly what they mean. I know it is so I can sew it up after I’m all done (slippers). How do you do it?
maybe you need to get some of those split ring stitch markers and hang one from the last stitch on each second row
I just tie a little piece of different-colored yarn in the end stitches when a pattern says to mark. They’re used as a reference later when you stitch up the slipper.
I will try those suggestions
or take a longer piece of contrasting yarn, and put it forward at one mark, and back at the next
its less small pieces of yarn for Me to loose (and I DO loose them, am VERY bad about that)
