How do you do a drop stitch

I am trying a new pattern that requires a drop stitch. It is a belt. I can easily drop a stitch :wink: when I don’t want to, but I don’t know how to do it when its in the pattern. :??

well i have a pattern that i do that with all the time and i just push it right off the needle. Don’t know if that is what your pattern is telling you to do though. :thinking:
