Help with the Pocketbook Slippers

I tried my first slipper. It is pointy on the ends where they were joined. Is ther any way to not have that. I tried it with the wrong yarn and it is way too big and stretchy but will switch to a new yarn today. Thanks.

Do you have a link to the pattern? That is always helpful. What do you mean by “end”…the toe?

I guess a little more information would be helpful.

Mine ended up looking like a canoe. Pointed at both ends really since the patteren is folded in half and seemed.

Thanks

Its the nature of the pattern, Yes, They do start out a bit like that when new but that will lessen as you wear them. It’s something I also was not so happy with at first, but found the ‘points’ soon diminish and mold to your foot shape with time.
Only option otherwise, is another slipper pattern, this one is a very popular & easy favorite.
