Help with SoHo top by Caidree

If anyone has done this top- trying to understand how to do the “back shoulder strap(mirror reversed)
What does mirror reversed mean and how do you do it? When I YouTube it I get a lot of different ways.
Can anyone help me.

Welcome to KH. I understand this but don’t explain well so I’ll leave it for someone else. I did get the pattern link which is always helpful.

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
Thanks for the link, GG.
The two shoulder straps should be mirror images of each other. The simplest way to think of this is to make decreases at either the neck edge or the armhole edge.
For example, decreases on the back right shoulder at the neck edge are at the end of a RS row. For the back left shoulder, the decreases are at the beginning of a RS row.

Thank you @salmonmac. I sometimes doubt myself and just needed clarification.

Since the good explanation has been given I’ll add my two cents. I find that working both pieces at the same time simplifies things for my brain. I knit the first piece with decreases as instructed then do the opposite immediately on the second piece. It’s easier for me to catch mistakes and to have the pieces mirrored

Annotating the schematic can help too. For example, you can make a note that you will be making “K2tog” on one side and perhaps “SSK” to mirror that on the other side.
