For the middle size within parentheses, the one with 79 sts after the end of yarn B, dec at each end of rows 1,21,29 and 37.

Also don’t forget that you need to begin and end the chart on the correct stitch marked for the size you are making and that the start and end of the chart will change with the decreases. If I have a printed chart I like to cover up the unused bits of chart with sticky notes which have a nice straight edge but are easily moved and don’t damage the print out.
As the decrease row numbers go beyond the charted row numbers I like to either keep 2 row counters going (one for the chart row number and one for the garment row number), or to write down how the chart and garment rows match up on my pattern notes.
Eg. Dec Row 21 = chart row 1
