I am knitting socks from a kit called Feed your Creativity #5 by Kollaage Yarns. The pattern reads cast on 64 stitches and divide between 2 needles. I am doing magic loop. Then says Rnds 1,2,35 and 6 *K6, p2 [k2,p2] 6 times; repeat from * once more. I interpret this to mean knit the whole thing between the astriks 6 times. But, that makes 6x 12= 72 stitches, not 64. What am I doing wrong?
The next step says Rnd 4 * C6B, p2, [k2,p2] 6 times; repeat * once more. Same issue
