Help with Patons Kroy sock pattern Please

Hi,
I am working on the Patons Kroy Sock Pattern, http://www.patonsyarns.com/pattern.php?PID=2423, and am confused about starting the heel. The pattern has me knitting in the round on three dpn. The first and third needle has 18 sts and the second has 32 sts.
It says to “Make heel: Divide 32 sts on 2nd needle onto 2 needles and leave for instep. Knit 18 sts off first needle onto end of third needle. 36 sts for heel.”

Could someone please help me understand how to read what this section is saying?

Thank you very much for you help. It is much appreciated

At this point, you’re going to be working back and forth for the heel flap. So put the 32 stitches on the two needles for the top of the foot to work later, and get the rest of the stitches onto the one needle. These are the ones you’ll work for the heel.
