Help with hooded baby sweater

Hi all I am new to knitting and need help with this sweater,
I need to join another ball of yarn, not sure how to do this, the pattern is as follows, SHAPE NECK work in patt across 32 stitches, place 15 st on holder, join another ball of yarn and work last 32 stiches in pattern work even in pattern on both sides at once for 4 rows how do i join another ball of yarn any help will be appreciated

You can just start knitting with it and weave in the end later. You can knit with the main yarn and tail held together for a few stitches to secure it.
