It looks like a bit more yarn than a single stitch. You could just pick up the first lower loop and pull the second upper loop through it but it’s probably worth tinking back to the row with the first loop. That way insures that you don’t lose any other sts along the way.
Your knitting looks very nice and even so I’m sure the blanket will be lovely.
I agree with salmonmac - although being from UK I have never heard the expression ‘tinking’ - but basically I would take out the rows until you get to the first of those stitches - this is because when you find those loops at the beginning of a row it is exceptionally difficult to incorporate them back into the knitting without getting to them directly. However, if your blanket has a border - you could just pick them up and sew them in and then when you create the border they will probably be invisible. Not perfect, but if you can’t be bothered taking the rows out - it is another option!
