i am trying to knit a bernat super value long cable vest. i followed the directions to form the irish moss st pat i followed the four rows and in each go to tch row it told me to go to the diamond panel pat which has 30 rows. so i knit 1st row and then it tells me to work 1st row diamond panel so i do that for the first four rows. what i was doing then was repeat the four rows which form the irish moss pat, but instead i would repace the rows in the diamond pat with the next row like row 5. i completed row 30. I don’t know what to now. I finished the 2nd row which would of been row 30 of the diamond panel I still have two rows left in the moss pattern. I am stuck what do i do?
I’m guessing that you have diamond panels in the moss stitch pattern? Basically the diamonds with a moss background?
I’m not quite sure what you’re asking. Do you have a link to the pattern? Are the diamonds supposed to touch on row 30 and they’re not?
