But for kanji translation, you may have better luck posting this in the translation forum of Ravelry.com.
I’m sorry, I can’t help. I don’t even know what language it’s in. Where did you get the pattern? Maybe wherever it came from, you could get help there. As RK said, you can try Ravelry. Meanwhile, I’d look for something similar in a language I could understand.
The pattern is written in Japanese. However, since Japanese crochet (and knit!) designers understand that most of the world cannot read the Japanese language, they make liberal use of charts, diagrams, and schematics.
Pages 2 and 3 of the pattern contain the charts, diagrams, and schematics. There’s a consistent system of crochet stitch symbols (I remember linking to it last week but can’t find it ATM 
) used internationally.
