Help Reading Pattern / Fisherman Ripple

Hello! I have the Make In A Weekend Afghans to Knit book and am working on the Fisherman Ripple. I hit a road block with the pattern and am hoping for some help…

Rows 5-11: Repeat Rows 3 and 4, 3 times; then repeat Row 3 once more.

Does that mean that I knit Rows 3 & 4, 3 times for all of Rows 5-11; then once I’m done with Row 11 I repeat Row 3 just once before moving on to Row 12

OR

Do I Repeat Rows 3 and 4, 3 times ; then repeat Row 3 once more at the end of Rows 5-11 Meaning that Row 3 would be repeated at the very end of Rows 5-11?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Rows 5-11 is a total of seven rows, this would indicate that you knit rows 3 & 4, 3 times then the last row would be repeating row 3. Then you can move on to row 12
