Help reading a pattern please

My yarn isnt even here yet but I wanna make sure I understand how to follow this pattern
Using #5 needles CO 16 sts.
Work rib for 9.5 inches as follows:
Row 1: K1, [k2, p2] 3 times, k3.
Row 2: K1, [p2, k2] 3 times, p2, k1.
BO all.
So does this mean I just keep repeating rows 1 and 2 over again for 9.5 inches?
