Help please!!

I’ve just finally picked up my knitting after an almost 2 year break…I was only ever a very new beginner. My problem is going back to the pattern I am struggling to decipher it. Can anyone help?
The part that is confusing me is:

First and next 4 foll alt rows: P
Inc row: k10, m1, k15, m1, k10 (37stiches)
Inc row: k11, m1, k15, m1, k11 (39 stitches)
Inc row: k12, m1, k15, m1, k12 (41 stitches)
Inc row: k13, m1, k15, m1, k13 (43 stitches)
Inc row: k14, m1, k15, m1, k14 (45 stitches)

My knitting has 43 stitches currently and I am not sure how to continue! Don’t want to pull it all out and start again :frowning:

If I understand you correctly you have completed the Inc. row that gives you 43 total stitches. So now you would want to turn the work and purl one row per the first line of instructions above, and then continue to the next Inc. row that will give you 45 stitches. I would be helpful if you could post the pattern.

Thanks so much…in the end I thought that but had far too many rows. In the end my 92 year old grandmother sorted me out (I was further on in the patten than I had realised!) many thanks again

Well thank goodness for grandmas!
